  • Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office applications and business systems
  • Efficient and responsible use of email
  • Deployment of service technicians
  • Effective shop work load prioritizing / planning practices
  • Continually tracks department profitability and technician efficiency
  • Current knowledge / experience with hydraulic, electrical systems, as well as machine structures and safe working practices
  • Effective trouble shooting practices
  • Arrange standby for product support for customers at non working hours
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5-6years experience in related field
  • Dynamic and self-driven
  • Effective communication skills – both written and oral
  • Minimum Diploma in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Candidate requires Class 3 license
